City produced one of the most complete performances ever witnessed at Herns Way.
After an even opening 35 minutes City took hold of this game in front of 136 spectators against an unbeaten Mulbarton side yet to concede a goal in 5 matches this season.
City, unbeaten themselves continued their remarkable 3 goal and game record in fine style, by opening the scoring when 18-year-old Frankie Impey netted from the edge of the penalty area with a low drive into the bottom corner of the Mulbarton goal.
Second half substitute Junior Moses then added a second after jinking in from the left and hitting a fine 20-yard curling left foot shot.
Moses was in action again when another of his jinking run and crosses created a third, Ryan Hayes finished from close range on 75 minutes to effectively seal the win for City.
Superbly marshaled by Jay Lovell, City’s defence were compact and hard to break down giving City’s goalkeeper Connor Samson a relatively quiet afternoon.
