Fast trackThe best U16 to U18 players from the college, EJA and JPL are invited to train with the 1st team.

Players keep their Saturday JPL football with Panshanger or Welwyn Pegasus at every age. EJA players and college students play for their club at weekends too, because the EJA and the college only add games on top.

The EJA takes the best players from both clubs, and players who age out of U18 and the college move into the reserve team at Step 7.

One club philosophy and style of play runs through the EJA, college and reserve teams, so a player can be selected at any point and already understands how we play.
